AI Features

Pithy uses AI language models to provide assistance and generate content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content should not be relied upon for medical, legal, or financial advice
• Your queries and context are processed by third-party AI providers

Intellectual Property

The Pithy service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us. You retain ownership of your personal data and content. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data as necessary to provide the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pithy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Service Availability

Termination
